I spent several hours waiting for an oil change. After letting my emergency flasher on for the first 3 1/2 hours my car would not start. They had me captive so I had to buy a battery to get done. Worst customer service EVER I have owned at least 10 Worst customer service EVER I have owned at least 10 cars of different brands, never encountered such poor customer service - my car was in servic Worst customer service EVER I have owned at least 10 cars of different brands, never encountered such poor customer service - my car was in service for several days, I wouldn't get a call back even after calling 2x a day asking for an update - if you take your car in and they don't see an issue, they won't make a record of your service issue unless you pay them their diagnostic fee - I have a van that has a common v6 penstar engine, which has a ticking noise The technician denied it was an issue until I did my own research and told them that it was a common issue - Then they wanted to charge me $3600 to repair something that is a common issue and something that could have been fixed under warranty - They never took responsibility and have been giving me the run around with my car in the shop for more than 2 weeks - Chrysler/Jeep and Dodge don't care about you, they will be happy to sell you a car but once it comes to service GOOD LUCK More
