Well, each employee gives you a different answer which causes inconveniences. Like when I am told i can bring the car in without an appt after calling 1st and Then when I get there I am told that is not p causes inconveniences. Terrible experience. I dropped my car off for service after scheduling an appointment. Took them 5 days before they looked at it. This was an issue as I could not get a rental car covered by my warranty after scheduling an appointment. Took them 5 days before they looked at it. This was an issue as I could not get a rental car covered by my warranty until the service department diagnosed my car. During that five day wait nobody ever contacted me to tell me what was going on with my car. I called repeatedly and left messages. My messages were not returned. I left two messages for the service director and he never bothered to return my calls either. After the service department realized there was a recall for a part on my car, and that was the issue with my car, they ordered the part which was guess what… On backorder! In total, my car was with the service department for 12 days. Really bad service and what kind of service director doesn’t return calls from customers who just want to know what’s going on with their vehcile and when the service will be completed.? More
