One things is consistent which is poor customer service. Every time I bring my car in there is an issue with customer service. I bought additional package to include oil change and maintenance plus the jeep wave was included. Anyways they of course say they have no record of my purchase of the maintenance package. So it’s an ongoing issue and when I call they transfer me around and around and I never get through to anyone. The only reason I a deal with them is because my maintenance package. After this lease I will not use them ever again. More
