Mike in the body shop was super helpful My wife's Cortese Jeep had an accident and insurance was proposing a totalling. I sent Mike a copy of their report and he reviewed it and got back to My wife's Cortese Jeep had an accident and insurance was proposing a totalling. I sent Mike a copy of their report and he reviewed it and got back to me immediately. He agree that it should be totalled, so right there his job was really over. Yet, he patiently talked to me and gave me more information that was really useful to me, which really impressed me, because he did not need to. Just gave me another warm feeling about going back to the dealership for our replacement Jeep. More
