I am very pleased to give the excellent rating to Letser Glenn, and our salesman Mike Amarando. He was informative, and spent almost 2 hours with us discussing the different features on each model Acadia. Glenn, and our salesman Mike Amarando. What I liked best was that he was not a pushy salesman, and he wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase while giving us a good deal. I would highly recommend Lester Glenn to friends and family looking to purchase a car, and our salesman Mike. The service department and receptionists are also very accommodating and friendly. Overall a great experience. More

Mike Amarando was the BEST combination of professional, knowledgeable, attentive salesman, but never pushy. We actualy met him when shopping for my husband's car, but purchased another vehicle for him (Le knowledgeable, attentive salesman, but never pushy. We actualy met him when shopping for my husband's car, but purchased another vehicle for him (Lester Glenn Hyundai). Several months later we began shopping for a car for me and I wanted to look at the LaCrosse. Mike made such an impression on us, we asked for him specifically. We were not disappointed! Mke answered my questions thoroughly so I could make my own decisions - he never pushed me into one. He followed up appropriately, but did not 'pester' me with endless, pointless phone calls and emails like many other dealers I had visited. I wanted a specific item added to my car and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I took delivery of the car while Mike made arrangements for the added item. Mike ushered me through the entire process, including dropping my car of, getting the loaner, etc. Mike always explained what was happening, what to expect, what my next steps were...I never felt forgotten or uninformed. EXCELLENT customer service. I now have EXACTLY the car I wanted, at a price I was comfortable with, and I couldn't be happier. More

As for the finance manager who helped us that evening wasn't as nice as our salesperson was. Our salesperson also was very sweet with the our two girls. I cosigned a GMC Terrain with my partner; we both had specific criteria that the car model and leasing price needed. We also brought family with us each visit. To say the least, Mike was awesome to wor specific criteria that the car model and leasing price needed. We also brought family with us each visit. To say the least, Mike was awesome to work with. He listened to ALL of us, answered each and every question, and was more than willing to be competitive with other dealers that we were considering. We made the purchase decision within 2 days from our initial visit. During this time, neither of us were hassled by phone calls, sales pitches, etc. Mike kept an appropriate distance and was extremely professional in allowing the two of us decide what was best. As far as the Terrain is concerned, both of us really liked the SLT-1 model. We simply love the car; the ride is smooth and elegant. The model we leased comes with several bonus add-ons (navigation, sun-roof, leather interior with heated seats, etc.) at an affordable price. The final bonus to this overall sale was the free oil changes AND that the dealership will be expanding to our area further north, so we won't have to drive to Toms River for each oil change. I would recommend this dealer, and Mike - he's friendly, knowledgeable, and he ensures that you have plenty of popcorn to eat while visiting. More

i started with Mike Amarando who allowed me to take home a brand new red GMC terrain SLT to show my wife on my second visit to the dealership. He was very professional and knowledgeabe and told me about a brand new red GMC terrain SLT to show my wife on my second visit to the dealership. He was very professional and knowledgeabe and told me about all the special discounts and GMC rebates that were currently available at that time. There was never any pressure to purchase when I returned the vehicle and told him I needed more time to consider what model and options would best fit our needs. When I went back for my third visit with my wife to purchase our vehicle Mike was busy with another customer and he graciously passed us over to Joe Czech rather than make us wait until he was finished. We spent about 2 hours with Joe as he listed all the options we wanted on our vehicle and then seached dealerships in the New York Metropolitan area for the exact vehicle we wanted. He was finally able to locate a red SEL-2 with all the options we wanted at a dealership in Wantaugh Long Island. Joe said he would reach out to the GMC dealership in Long Island and try and negotiate a trade for a vehicle in Lester Glenn's inventory. Joe pulled the paperwork from the GMC website for the vehicle and along with Ed Fiorvante (Joe's manager) they wrote up an estimate of what the final cost of the vehicle we selected would be including the value of our trade in and tax savings on our trade in. In addition Mike and Joe suggested that as a veteran I should join USAA (Military Only) which would enable them to give us an additional $750.00 rebate on the vehicle from GM. The next day Joe called me to tell me that he had successfully negotiated a trade for the vehicle in Wantaugh, Long Island and they were sending a driver out with the Lester Glenn trade vehicle to retrive it. It is important to note that they did this all without any additional cost and didn't even request a deposit before doing so. I found the extra effort to satisfy us above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership today and I was so satisfied that I personally brought my neighbor back to the dealership when he expressed an interest in a Terrain. I would definitely recommend Lester Glenn Buick GMC and particularly Mike, Joe and Ed for going the extra mile for us. Sincerely, Ron from Waretown More

I came to Lester Glenn GMC with my father looking for a new SUV. After shopping around for comparable vehicles in the area at other dealerships, I kept coming back to the Terrain and knew that I wanted to new SUV. After shopping around for comparable vehicles in the area at other dealerships, I kept coming back to the Terrain and knew that I wanted to make my purchase from Lester Glenn. Mike, our sales representative, was extrememely knowledgable and helpful. He was not overly pushy and did not pressure my father or me to make a decision before we were ready. He gave us the information we desired without hesitation and was careful not to sway me away from what I wanted or could afford in favor of a better sale. My father and I made multiple visits to work out the details of the sale and Mike was patient and accommodating every time, even making sure that he brought in the vehicle that I wanted in time for my birthday! When all was said and done, he went so far as to surprise me upon pick up and decorate my new truck with the balloons and streamers that my parents dropped off before I arrived. I am extremely grateful to have had my first solo car buying experience with Mike and Lester Glenn GMC and I would highly recommend this dealership to any one looking for a new vehicle. More
