In 2011, we bought an Acadia from Lester Glenn which we were very happy with until it was totaled in an accident. Within 2 hours, Mike found a 2012 Acadia which met all our requirements. He was efficient, knowledgeable & pleasant. We picked up our new car on Oct. 27th. On Oct. 29th, Hurricane Sandy flooded our house in Moonachie along with our 2-day old car. We were devastated. We also have a house in Ortley Beach so we were hit twice. Mike called us to see how we made out. What an unexpected surprise that was. He felt so bad for us & told us he would do whatever he could. Mike, along with the entire management team, Mike Nacinovich, Dan Bennett & Ed Fiorvante, was so concerned & compassionate. After 2 days, Mike located yet another 2012 Acadia for us. He was unbelievable. Mike A. went above & beyond every step of the way. He kept on top of everything & made the process as smooth as could be. Mike Nacinovich was extremely kind & caring & told Mike A. to do whatever he could to help us. During the difficult time we were going through, that meant more to us than they could ever know. It was a pleasure to work with him as a matter of fact i even bought a new GMC Denali from him as well as sending my business partner in there to purchase another new GMC 2500 Sierra.
