Since our car is stored in a garage where we have never seen any evidence of rodents this was surprising and we asked to have pictures of the damage which we did not get when we picked up the car (mechanic who worked on the car was not there when we picked it up). Seems convenient for the dealer that the damage was from something the extended warranty did not cover. More

Miguel was very helpful and professional. I got my van in and out quickly for the 30,000 mile service. The only slight issue was that after the tires were rotated, the amount of tread on one I got my van in and out quickly for the 30,000 mile service. The only slight issue was that after the tires were rotated, the amount of tread on one tire was not documented accurately on my summary print out. Miguel came out and re-checked each tire and the error was corrected. Best car was that your cost for the service was $75 cheaper than the quote I got from Neal Tire in Washington! More
