We knew exactly what we wanted, and he did not try to pressure or upsell us or talk us out of what we were looking for. Overall, it was a great experience. We will return to this dealership when we are ready to buy our next truck. Miguel and everyone we spoke with were nice, attentive, and very personable. That makes a huge difference for us: we don't like to go into places that feel uptight. Personalities can sometimes make or break a deal, and in our experience at Pat Lobb, everything worked out very well for us. More

As much as I would like to refer him and say good things, dealing with Miguel after the sale was completed was a very different and telling experience. In my opinion, I would highly recommend purchasing through anyone but him due to his unprofessional, bordeline hostile behavior. More
