High pressure sales pitch, inability to process a single form of tender for the full amount of the vehicle, extra $2,000 in fees if you don't finance and have a trade in, and they had the audacity to try an form of tender for the full amount of the vehicle, extra $2,000 in fees if you don't finance and have a trade in, and they had the audacity to try and charge me $1,475 for the reconditioning they had to do to the car in order to get it in salable condition. Some good that reconditioning did, by the way. I drove off the lot Saturday and had to replace the battery the following Monday! Not to mention their dealer fee is $200 dollars more on an as is lot than other lots that will provide you with a 30 day to one year warranty! What service am I paying for that warrants that extra money? More

I came back in to see what my options were as far as purchasing a Jeep. I have to say that I had a great experience! I bought my first car with Carvana and I loved that process because Of my anxiety so purchasing a Jeep. I have to say that I had a great experience! I bought my first car with Carvana and I loved that process because Of my anxiety so I was nervous to buy in person at a dealership. Especially with me having average credit, current car loan and student loans. I worked with Mieshia and she made me feel comfortable right away, she spoke to me like a real person and not just a sale. She was funny and easy to work with, she kept it real with me as far as my options and gave her advice where needed. The test drive was super fun and she made my decision easy. She worked to help me get into my dream car! I can not thank her enough. The whole process was fun even the financial part Henson was so funny and very nice as well and even let me take boomerangs of myself singing the documents. I have to give credit to Jeff from Ohio as well he worked to get me the financial terms I needed to be comfortable.
