I cannot say enough good things about Volkswagen of Naples. The staff specifically Jay Chavez was fantastic. There wasn't enough that he could do to accommodate our sale. Between the trading in of my other vehicle, obtaining the vehicle with the options I wanted. He searched the entire country never gave up. When the car was delivered he went the extra mile by taking my vehicle to a shop where I had the roof wrapped in black because we couldn't get it from the factory. He even went as far as going to my home picking up my trade and bringing it to the dealership. Micky the manager went overboard in doing whatever he could to make this deal financially beneficial to me. Brandon worked to get me the best rates on the financing. All I can say is over the years I probably bought 40 cars all different dealerships what team at Volkswagen of Naples was exceptional and I never remembered anybody being is on top of my deal and is professional helpful and courteous as this team.
