I have been getting my vehicle to service here even though I live an hour away and there are other Honda Service center near me. This is first time I experienced discrimination. Mike was the advisor. H though I live an hour away and there are other Honda Service center near me. This is first time I experienced discrimination. Mike was the advisor. He showed attitude from the time we entered. We ignored that gave the vehicle for service and as had requested earlier as confirmed asked for the loaner. He without even checking he said we do not give any loaners that’s against our policy. Which is far from true. When showed the email confirmation about loaner he made faces and gave the loaner. We completely felt that he has racists because he treated the people behind us completely different. We still ignored that. When asked will the vehicle be done today? He replied I better get my loaner back today. I was shocked at this. Yet again ignored. He calls back stating that the vehicle was ready. When checked there were messages about the critical services required for the car. He never discussed that neither he had vehicle properly inspected. I had to let him know about the as basic as wipers not working and needed to be replaced. I required manager to be called back and the staff there starts calling me that I am the Sr.Advisor and manager cannot speak. Unless compelled that I will only speak to the manager and I am recording none were agreeing to transfer. Somehow a person named Ken called he is was so defensive that he is Mike wouldn’t do that and all. Even though he offered 10% discount which most of the coupons were offering he is like i am doing a favor which is not the case as some coupons would have anyways given me. I am so appalled by this racist behavior by Mike and Defensive behavior by Ken I am certainly not coming here again. More
