Lack communication skills . Doesn't alert the customer when someone from the dealer ship would be on their property to take pictureetc. Customer shouldn't have to keep calling t Doesn't alert the customer when someone from the dealer ship would be on their property to take pictureetc. Customer shouldn't have to keep calling to see when work would be done. Wrong color was ordered for my mirror cap .When my car was at the dealership for a strut remount and mirror replacement; pictures should have been taken then .How was this such a mix up? So they sent someone out to my property to take pictures. I'm waiting and waiting for someone to come so i call the dealership to tell them I have to leave and go on with my day.To my surprise I was told someone had already come out to my property and taken pictures and left. This was done all without my knowledge; needless to say I was extremely upset. But, the 2nd time around however I was given a call that someone was coming and would be on my property and the correct color mirror cap was delivered. The person also came to my door and asked me to sign a document allowing him to touch my property. Ironically this was done after he had already touched my property but since I had already been alerted that he was there it was fine. My cap is replaced finally after a long journey . I'm seriously rethinking my next car purchase NOT being a Ford. More

Horrible experience. I am warning those who get a price over the phone to get it in writing because they will add $100 .
