Holm just happened to have the used truck that I have been looking for off and on for two years. I live 6 hours from Abilene KS so I wasn't able to just stop in and look at the prospective new purchase. A broker friend of mine clued me in on what questions to ask and what reports and paperwork I should request. Michelle Holt responded immediately to my requests and made me feel like I was the only customer she had. The truck was not only priced right to begin with Holm included all new tires in that same great price. Holm sent someone to pick me up at the airport, - someone Michelle though would be a good fit for the 2hour drive. Paper signing took 10 minutes-no pressure to buy extended warranties, Michelle synced my phone to my new ride and I was on my way. This dealership values it's employees and it shows. The sales people are long time employees, they love their jobs and they know how to take care of people. I will be back, 6 hours or not this is the place to buy a car. More

Replacement Tire I just wanna say I had an outstanding experience, I went in thinking I was going have a long and lengthy wait, but I was greeted with a welcome from t I just wanna say I had an outstanding experience, I went in thinking I was going have a long and lengthy wait, but I was greeted with a welcome from the lady's at the door, and was quickly escorted to the Service Shop where they found me the right tire for my 2005 Chevrolet Impala, I was then seated and expected to have a long wait for it to be finished but it was a very quick process after my tire was replaced Mr Loader then informed me I had a key that had been recalled and recommended to have them handle the issue on the spot. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this Service shop in the future. More
