We live in Michigan and have been searching high and low trying to find the perfect Tahoe for our family. It was well worth the commute to work with such an upscale dealership that truly cares about its customer experience. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we were instantly blown away by the care and detail they take of their vehicles. When we made our way to our Tahoe, it was parked up front and we were mesmerized by the detailing and could hardly wait to purchase it. Our Tahoe looks and drives as if it is brand new and that was something we never thought was possible! During our time at Lexus, Shelley and even multiple other employees checked in on us several times offering beverages and snacks. The Used Car Manager checked in with us about our experience and thanked us. The atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable, and luxurious. Shelley truly went above and beyond sending us a walk-through video of the Tahoe before our commute, and answered all of our questions swiftly; She even contacted us back before the dealership was open. We are so grateful to have met everyone employed at Lexus, and we miss them already as they treated us like family. We highly recommend Lexus of Akron-Canton. More
