We were very pleased with our interaction with Alex Rowland as our car salesman. We met him as the “door greeter” when we were having our car serviced & kept his card. As a couple, we had been debating about buying an newer car & already had in mind the same model we wanted so he allowed us to go at our own pace in making our decision on what actual car to buy. The car we had in mind ended up getting sold. Days later, when we called to tell Alex that we were coming back to the dealership to check out their new inventory shipment to look at a car that had exactly the bells & whistles we were wanting, he had it already pulled one out for a test drive. After, deciding that we would indeed purchase the car, Alex calmly debated the sales price with us & for us. Of course, you always want the best deal you can get and we were satisfied with the outcome. The car that we traded in had been bought at Jenkins in 2015 & had been serviced there ever since. That’s why we chose to continue dealing with this dealership even though we have to drive from another town that also has a Nissan dealership. We look forward to continuing our relationship with this staff at Jenkins. More

Carlos Gutierrez was very helpful determining what are needs were in a new vehicle. Inventory was very low so there wasn't much to choose from. We ended up with a little more than we needed but the Rogu needs were in a new vehicle. Inventory was very low so there wasn't much to choose from. We ended up with a little more than we needed but the Rogue is very nice, easy to drive. The advertising for deals ended up being somewhat confusing but the Manager was excellent in navigating the best deal for us. More

This is now my 4th vehicle bought from a Jenkins dealership but my first from Jenkins Nissan and I will look forward to taking my daughter here for her first car in just a few years. Alex Rowland made our visit very efficient and enjoyable. He listened patiently to our situation and gave reasonable responses to our questions. Alex made sure the car was delivered sparkling clean, and explained the electronics to us. We also want to salute the Sales Mgr. who made the deal happen by negotiating fairly, and most of all, offering sage advice for the best financing arrangements. He saved the deal, and offered good counsel to us, all of which was completely appropriate. Mike in F & I made the paperwork flow and helped us to manage a good warranty plan. Everyone involved made the process impressive and professional. What's more, Mike called us the next day to invite us to return for some uncompleted service that the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Warranty covered. The Service Dept. carried out some needed upgrades for the benefit of our use. That is Above and Beyond Customer Service. Finally, I want to salute Luis Romero who was not there this day, but influenced our coming in with his service to us last year. We did not buy a car at that time, but vowed to return to give him another chance. We came in because of him and our daughter's purchase of a vehicle there about three years ago. More
