When I purchased a new pre-owned vehicle from there, the sales person I dealt with was all nice & convincing about repurchasing a another car because I encountered an unfortunate situation with my previous sales person I dealt with was all nice & convincing about repurchasing a another car because I encountered an unfortunate situation with my previous vehicle that I purchased from them 5 years ago & there was some kind of misunderstanding about my warranty on my vehicle & they told me I was going to have to pay out of pocket over $10, 000 to fix which required a whole new engine according to the woman that is in charge of the mechanical part. My vehicle sat there for over a week without it being checked. I got a phone call from one of the workers that my vehicle would be done by the end of the week which was a Friday. I show up that Saturday to pick it up with the impression it would be fixed , only to be told they were still in the process of diagnosing my vehicle. I’m a working mom & not only have I been without a vehicle for 1 week. I never was offered a rental from them to help me get around. Instead I had to figure things out on my own. I thought that was very unprofessional of them inot thinking of the well being of their customer while the vehicle was being worked on. Although my vehicle was still in great condition and running it only have a shaking problem which I’m no mechanic so I can’t verify that it’s the truth. After all was said & done about my warranty even though my contract stated other wise. It all came down to me repurchasing another vehicle from them with an extended warranty. Before I finalized my decision I asked the sales person at the time which was Cory which by the way was the same person who helped me the first time five years ago. I asked home about the windshield being cracked. He said the would replace it which they did. I also asked about one of the passenger seat which was damaged along with a few scratches on the vehicle he said they would take care of it. After I purchased the vehicle everything is fine & the only things left was just the minor things that needed to be fixed. I would be given a day to come in to get the issue resolved & then it’ll be a problem where no one knows about my recent concerns regarding the vehicle. I then bring the vehicle back to get the issue fixed which I was advised by Cory to bring it in on a Friday. I did just that which was around 10 am & no one knows what I was there for nor they were told about the service that needed to be done. I then deal with another guy named Mike which he wasn’t aware of the situation so he gave me another day to come in because the service that was needed on the car could not be done on that day due to the rain. so he told me to bring it back another day to get the issues fixed. I then come in he totally tells me he doesn’t remember & another guy that was there at the time of the purchase named Anthony recognized me then asked me what was the issue & I showed him all of what needed to be fixed on the vehicle then gave me another date to come in another day. I came in on that day & he also forgot he had to get me a rental & said he couldn’t I got frustrated’ then he said oh yea I did say I can get you a vehicle for the couple of hours of the car getting worked on. It took a long time but he did come through. I left the vehicle that morning then I received a call from him later on that afternoon that the vehicle would be ready by 5:30. I said ok I’ll see you then. He then replied that he would not be there because he was leaving at 5pm. I told ok fine. I get there a little around 6 just to give them time if needed & the windshield was fixed but there was so much debris from the work they’ve done & when I handed them my vehicle it was very cleaned & just came from a car wash. My driver seat mat had boot foot prints on them. The passenger seat that was damaged was not fixed properly & was such a mess in the back of the seat & the scratches they said they would buff out & fixed was not done. So at that point I was very disappointed. There’s no more space for my grievance. More

My experience in purchasing a used pickup from Security Dodge was far better than the internet lead me to believe it would be and I am SO thankful I ignored the troll reviews. I'm going to write too much in this, so I'll leave the "Too long; didn't read" at the top. Tl;dr - Online reviews were very bad but I gave them a try anyway and I had a solid experience before, during, and after my purchase. I had a minor mechanical issue upon leaving the dealer and they fully stood by the repair in a completely different state. Couldn't be happier with my truck and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. I recently decided to trade in my 2016 Ram 1500 for a newer model and searched extensively for the right truck. After a challenging process with various dealers, I found the truck I wanted at Security Dodge. Despite their poor reviews on Google and Yelp, something nudged me to give them a chance. In our initial conversation, we discussed my trade-in and the new truck, including potential trade-in value and purchase price. I emphasized that since I was driving four hours, I wanted to finalize as much as possible beforehand. They were accommodating, and we agreed on terms which they confirmed via email. Although I felt my trade was slightly undervalued, I acknowledged my perception might be biased. Will Morgan was my main contact, and he showed respect and professionalism throughout the process. He wasn't pushy and handled everything with integrity. Will was knowledgeable about the vehicle and got answers from others when needed. If you can work with a specific salesperson, I recommend Will. They even offered more for my trade-in than initially quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, my experience was very good, around 4.5 stars. However, I was surprised by the inappropriate language in the showroom, especially with children present. It wasn't rampant, but I heard staff use the F-word multiple times. Also, my son and I had a good laugh when a manager told a staff member they couldn't nap in a showroom car hahaha. The only other minor issue was the time it took to complete the sale. As an out-of-state buyer, there might have been additional steps, but we arrived at 10 am and didn't leave until around 6 pm due to a mechanical issue. Although not their fault, they tried to expedite the process which leads into the next reason I was so happy with them. While I was having my financing meeting (very easy and straight forward by the way), they were prepping the truck for my departure and discovered that the AC was not functioning properly. At this point, it was around 4pm on a Saturday so all the service folks left a while ago and options were limited. Will and Anthony Capanelli tried for a while to charge the AC lines and get me running, but around 6pm it was time to wrap it up. They generously offered to get me a hotel so they could fix it, but I had to decline and drive home. We agreed on a proposed solution to go to a local dealer and they would cover the repair. Fast forward two weeks and my truck is fully functional and cold again! During the whole process, Michelle Scalise stayed in contact with me via email and ensured I was fully taken care of until I told her the truck was fixed. If you're hesitating on purchasing a vehicle through Security Dodge, DON'T! They did everything I would hope a car dealer would do before, during, and after a sale.
