Few days ago I needed a spare key to be cut and programmed, which was an urgent matter. When I called my sales person Tia Harr & Michael Tan, they were on it and got me in with a service appointmen programmed, which was an urgent matter. When I called my sales person Tia Harr & Michael Tan, they were on it and got me in with a service appointment that same day. They acted with urgency and care. When I got there, my service advisor - Daimara Morril was the one who took care of me. She was very helpful and very fast. I enjoyed my experience very much so. The service manager was amazing as well. Very caring people. I’m very impressed with the treatment i received at Crown Honda. The atmosphere at that dealership was super relaxing and fun.
