Unhappy with the service I received on 9/18. I scheduled an appointment for my cabin air filter to be replaced, but my primary concern that I requested be looked at was a sound from my tire. I dropped it off at 8am, and received a voicemail 20 mins later that the filter was done but that they couldn’t hear the problem. I didn’t receive the voicemail until 3:45 because of work, but nothing was done. When I called, Michael didn’t care that I had left my car there all day and would potentially have to bring it back. My boyfriend went down around 5pm to talk to someone, and thankfully he spoke to Bill, the service manager. It was a simple issue that took all of 15 mins to fix, which should have been done earlier. I’m glad it was fixed, but not happy with the lack of care. More

The first time that I have ever been to a dealership for service and didn't feel like I was getting scammed. Courteous and completed my oil change in a timely fashion.
