From the beginning I could clearly see that Oscar's first priority was my concerns as a customer as we talked about my needs as a car buyer. With that Oscar set out to find the car that fit my plans perfectly with the considerations of my price range, reliability and vehicle economy. Well he hit this one out of the park a home run!!! Hats off to you Oscar for listening and delivering a car that fit my needs perfectly. Every aspect of the car-buying experience at Kelly was phenomenal. Simple, straightforward and efficient. Every staff member that I dealt with was nothing but pleasant and informative. She was extremely knowledgable of the ins and outs of the Sentra, I had my first buying experience at Kelly Nissan and Maureen Vooz was my saleswoman. She was extremely knowledgable of the ins and outs of the Sentra, the model I ended up purchasing. She was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions that I had for her. She made sure that I got the right car for me. I also dealt with Michael Salavati, the finance manager. He was more than helpful with my first purchase experience. He was very patient and personable. I would highly recommend these two and the dealership as a whole. More

When my previous car decided to die on me without any warning, and I had just spend a lot of my money on a vacation, I was quite stressed that I would When my previous car decided to die on me without any warning, and I had just spend a lot of my money on a vacation, I was quite stressed that I wouldn't be able to get a car at all, let alone something I'd be happy owning, or be able to get it before my folks left town with the rental car they already had. So, I went in with a dire outlook, looking for something as cheap as possible, but walked away the same day I went in with much more reasonable financing than I'd anticipated being able to lock down, and a wonderful pre-owned 2008 Ford Fusion that'll serve as a welcome ride for a number of years. More

2014 Nissan Altima On Friday, I decided to take a trip down to Kelly Nissan to look at some possibilities for a new car. I got out of the car and was greeted by Scott wh On Friday, I decided to take a trip down to Kelly Nissan to look at some possibilities for a new car. I got out of the car and was greeted by Scott who remembered me right away. Last year I bought a car from a different sales man and Scott remembered everything. He was very patient and considerate when listening to what I wanted in my next car. He immediately said I think I have a car for you and showed me a 2014 Nissan Altima. I told him I could never afford it and he suggested having my car appraised. Needless to say, Scott got me a great deal and I was able to drive away in my (just about) brand new car. This was by far the easiest and smoothest time I have ever had at a dealership. Scott even called me back a few days later to make sure everything was going great and to see if I had any questions. I was having some issues with the bank who held the loan for the old car and Scott got everything taken care of for me. I will return to Kelly Nissan and ask for Scott again! He has been the most helpful and patient sales person I have ever had at a dealership. If you go to Kelly Nissan, make sure you ask for Scott! More

So as soon as that car started needing maintenance The first Nissan I owned was purchased at another dealership that was pretty far away from my home. So as soon as that car started needing maintenance, I took it to Kelly to have them service the car for me. Everyone was extremely friendly and treated me with respect. And even though I didn't purchase the car from them, they always treated me like one of their own customers. So when it came time to trade in that car, the first place I went to was Kelly. They gave me a fair price for my trade, and Oscar did a great job of making sure I got a car that I loved. He was very patient and not pushy at all. I always recommend Kelly to my friends and I will continue to do so! More
