Wrong car, right car My wife was looking for a car for over a month. She saw a car, on Kelly's website, with 59,000+ miles at a.good.price, but, when we got to the dealership, it was gone. Oscar showed us a car that had only 3,000+ miles on it, was certified, had been used as a courtesy car (so it was well taken care of), and was only $1,000 more than the one.we came to.look at. It drove great and looked beautiful. After some thinking and talking about the price, we made the decision to buy it. It was late, on.a.rainy Saturday, but, Oscar stayed until we were completely done with the financing and happy with everything. It, also, helped that he could speak Spanish, with my wife, and that he kept my girls entertained with things (goodies, Wi-Fi, and TV) around the showroom it's been over a month, but, I wanted to be sure that the vehicle was as good as the original test drive. This is the best car that I have ever driven and my wife loves it.Thank you, to Oscar and Mike, for staying late and making sure that we were content with our purchase. We will be back, in a few years, when we start to look for a car for our older daughter. Thanks, again. More

Aside from being straight forward about benefits of Certified vehicles vs new, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Despite my far less than stellar credit rating, the entire department bent over backwards to work with my co signer and I to get an acceptable rate and terms for financing.
