Mr.Zauck was very professional from the minute I spoke with him on the phone until I drove off the lot with the truck. He was even honest about repairs that were needed. Not only did we get a good rate but also received another $800 off sale price. Through the years we have bought several new cars and pre certified vehicles but never have we had such a pleasant experience with a car salesman.
