Wow! Fantastic car dealer and excellent sales person (Michael). I do not like buying vehicles because I'm always worried about being misled. Before considering buying (pre-owned Tesla Model S with minimal mileage) I looked up the dealership reviews and they were excellent. That gave me increased confidence. I'm out-of-state so I contacted the dealer over their website. Michael immediately responded and quickly created a video for me to see everything about the car. He sent me the carfax (clean) and told me about how they got the car (trade-in) and from whom (anonymized - but the salient details of the type of driving it saw prior). He was upfront with any scratches or dings that he saw, not trying to hide anything. This gave me the confidence to put down a deposit and buy a one-way plane ticket to North Carolina. This is a big leap of faith because if anything was off, I would be stuck in NC and have to scramble to buy a return ticket that day, etc. As expected though, the car was exactly as Michael described. It was in fantastic condition, better than expected actually because they put new tires on the car as one of the tires had a defect. Those tires alone would have cost about $2000 for me to purchase. There were no hidden fees, everything was transparent and as described or better. The dealership itself is beautiful with some very very high end vehicles. My belief is that for them, high end customer service is critical because of the caliber of vehicles they sell new. Great experience, two thumbs up. More

I inquired about a car that was posted on web sales site. Michael Rubin replied both in email and with a phone call very quickly. As the car had just been received it had a number of things that needed to be done before it was "retail ready". As an out of state buyer I was not able to just pop in and see the vehicle in person. Michael worked with me by providing multiple videos and email support for the questions I had. I ultimately made a trip to Greensboro to get a look at the vehicle. He picked me up at the airport and gave me VIP treatment throughout the visit introducing me to all the folks I would be dealing with. Everyone was very courteous and friendly to me giving me confidence in moving forward with my purchase. As this was during the holidays it took a bit longer to get all the items that needed to be performed on the vehicle completed. Again all through the process Michael consistently communicated with me nearly every day to update me on progress and providing video along the way. FCI did everything that they committed to and even more in delivering the vehicle. When I went to pick up the car Michael again picked me up at the airport. It was presented to me on the showroom floor looking amazing - as nice as any other car on the showroom floor - and if you have been there you would know how many nice cars are there. To sum up - I am very happy with my experience with FCI, Michael, along with the sales management, finance, and everyone else I dealt with there. I would definitely recommend them and absolutely do business there again. More

He provided verbal, written and even many video updates throughout the process, right up until I took possession. The detailing was beautifully done and my vehicle looked brand new. I couldn’t imagine dealing with someone better at selling cars than Mike and the dealership seems to be really well run. More
