Unfortunately, Chris was off the day I was able to pick up my new Pilot but Michael Rosen stepped right in and took great care in explaining all of the buttons and features. They were friendly, and knew a ton about the products they were selling. They were patient, listened well, and did everything within their power to make sure I left 100% satisfied. It was quite obvious that being the best was their objective, and I would say they met that expectation fully! Second of all, they sell a quality product I could not be any happier with.
