It seemed nobody wanted to sell us a car. One guy at a Plano location tried to sell us Jesus. Yes, you read that correctly he was more interested in if we were saved rather than if we wanted to buy a SUV. So, I kept looking and did an Internet inquiry at the Carrollton location about a Ford Explorer and Reuben Krause promptly called me back. He was more than eager to sell us a vehicle, and worked with us on a great deal as well. It was pretty painless. Michael Pisarik in the finance department was awesome as well. He beat our USAA interest rate (practically unheard of) and we even financed through the dealership. And that's how you close a deal! Thanks guys, y'all both are rock stars at your jobs. More

Quick, easy, painless, & no pressure weeks ago I walked into the dealership, talked to the first man I saw Mike Munden tell him that I'm wanting to learn more about the Ford pickup. He ho weeks ago I walked into the dealership, talked to the first man I saw Mike Munden tell him that I'm wanting to learn more about the Ford pickup. He hooked me up with Reuben Krause. Reuben persisted in flooding me with info about the new Ford pickups the differences between all the engines and all the trim packages it was very overwhelming. Halfway through our visit I felt no pressure & he wad very easy to talk to and very down-to-earth . He gave me websites and YouTube videos and paper literature to take home. We communicated via text and phone calls for the next week or so at all hours of the night and he was answering all my questions and concerns. We found the truck that I was interested in and in a matter of a half a day or so management -Mike Munden calls me and let me know that he had the vehicle I could come in and take a look at it at anytime at my leisure. Yes he makes you feel that comfortable and has great ideas on how to compare models, trims, etc that makes it easy to decide. He gave me as much time and space as I wanted to check out the different vehicles and that is really important to me not to fell rushed. This was the same demeanor through the buying process witheveryone. From the moment you walk in the door at this dealership you feel welcome and like you belong.
