Roody was so, so helpful in assisting me in not only converting my lease to a purchase but showing me all of my other options in a quick and easy manner, answering all of my questions. There aren’t enough superlatives in the English language to describe what a wonderful experience it was buying my first car with the immense help of Michael Myers. I am not a car person and honestly knew no to describe what a wonderful experience it was buying my first car with the immense help of Michael Myers. I am not a car person and honestly knew nothing coming in other than I liked the used Jeep Wrangler DCH had on the lot. Mike made everything so easy, helped me out every step of the way (including getting my insurance set up since I am a total dummy), and even gave a few good restaurant recommendations! So grateful for this experience and in particular for Mike and Raymond’s help! Thank you so much DCH Kay Honda, you guys really made this such an easy, unforgettable experience! More

My wife and I had one of the most disappointing dealership experiences of our lives today at DCH Honda of Eatontown. I scheduled an appointment with Yendri Badilla (Internet Sales Administrator) t dealership experiences of our lives today at DCH Honda of Eatontown. I scheduled an appointment with Yendri Badilla (Internet Sales Administrator) to view a Honda Civic Sport Hybrid on September 1st at 11 AM. We drove half an hour to get there, arriving early at 10:30. At the door, we were greeted by Michael Myers, who told us he would be our salesperson. Fine. We confirmed with him multiple times that we were there to look at the Civic Sport Hybrid in a slate grey color (not sure of the specific color name). He pulled the car up, we briefly test-drove it, and then sat down to discuss numbers. After a bit of discussion, I made an offer where we would like to be to purchase the car. Michael Myers came back with a number we were happy with, we shook hands, and we felt confident the deal was done. I handed over my license, insurance card and provided my ssn in case we were going to finance some of the purchase price as we were ready to finalize the purchase on the spot. Cue the outrageous. Michael Myers returned with a manager, and instead of finalizing paperwork, they told us the numbers we were given were for the wrong car. Apparently they were for a Civic Sport gas model, not the Hybrid we had looked at, driven, and discussed exclusively. Let me be clear: we only discussed one car, looked at one car, and test drove one car. For them to suddenly claim they had quoted the wrong vehicle is either outright incompetence or a bait-and-switch move. At that point, I told my wife, “We’re done here,” and we walked out. Shockingly, not one person at DCH Honda of Eatontown attempted to make this right, asked how they could fix their mistake, or even bothered to follow up. As I write this review at now 3:00 PM, we have not heard from Michael Myers, the manager, or Yendri Badilla. We are 24 year loyal Honda owners and came prepared to either write a check or finance on the spot. Instead, DCH Honda of Eatontown wasted our time, broke their word, and destroyed our trust. Shame on you, DCH Honda of Eatontown. Shame on Michael Myers. You had one job: sell the car we came to buy. Instead, you mishandled the deal, misquoted the numbers, and made no effort to keep a ready and willing customer. I don’t know if this was a scam or sheer incompetence, but either way, it was a colossal failure. If this is how DCH Honda of Eatontown treats customers, I will not be one and urge others to think twice before trusting this dealership. More

DCH Kay was a very welcoming place to shop for my new Honda, as are most Tri-State Honda Dealers. I was immediately welcomed at the reception desk and given to my salesman (James Cooper) within a few min Honda, as are most Tri-State Honda Dealers. I was immediately welcomed at the reception desk and given to my salesman (James Cooper) within a few minutes. We were able to speak openly and honestly about the car I was looking for and also the car that I was returning from a lease. He understood that I was seeing multiple Honda Dealerships that day and had been in contact with over 20 leasing companies. He went over the number for my returned lease and what my new lease would cost and had me on the road within 30 minutes after speaking with a Finance Guy (Louis Calderon). After running around New York and New Jersey, I returned to DCH Kay and met with another salesman (Michael Myers) who sealed the deal on my family’s new 2025 Honda Odyssey. From start to finish it was a pleasure and everyone at the dealership may it a welcoming experience. More
