I have a 2002 Ford F250 I took it in for an alignment. They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call me back. They did not. Thursday I called. They said somebody would call and tell me when the truck would be ready they did not. I became angry and wanted to speak to the service manager. He later called and told me everything that was wrong with my truck other than the alignment at this point I was so mad I told them not to touch my truck and bring it back to me. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with Parks Ford. I will never take my truck back to them again. Something as simple as being aligned, they are rifling senior citizens to get more money. Shame on you Parks Ford. They say they’re under new management their service and tactics haven’t changed at all in the past 10 years If you wanna call me, you can my name is Steven Langston. This service department at this dealership was horrible. No one returns phone calls. They did not want to file my warranty claim for paint at Hyundai. Even tho the warranty ended up being approved. I loved coming back because of this beautiful lady. She handles all my questions in a very professional way. even though my car last more than a week just for a recall, everything went well. I remember She handles all my questions in a very professional way. even though my car last more than a week just for a recall, everything went well. I remember when I was a fleet manager in one pharmaceutical in the Philippines, I love seeing beautiful ladies as service advisors. Parks Ford you nailed it. But one thing I cant understand, Ford tech has magic touch why my car is drivable again when I am 100% sure it was the dual clutch is the main issue and I want to shove a new one but I ask them if I can avail their customer loyalty program for one time TCM replacement. I drove the car from the service center and shifting again as smooth as butter. Many thanks Parks Ford!!! I didn’t expect it. This place HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Kudos to Mr. Mike their boss.👏👏👏 More
