I went there to get my transmission flush on my 2013 Beetle VW and I was served by Jakub. He was very kind and professional. My wait was closed to 2 hours but Jakub kept keeping me informed on the prog Beetle VW and I was served by Jakub. He was very kind and professional. At any rate, great service by the staff and Jakub however I was in a hurry so the car was not washed as promise but Jakub said that if I would bring it in I could get that car wash owed. I was offended by the slight remark of the first customer service gentleman I had to deal with. I knew what was wrong with my car because my dad is a retired comment and he made a smirking noise and proceede service gentleman I had to deal with.
