Alignment When stopping in for an oil change last week I received a complimentary alignment check which showed I needed an alignment. When I drove into the garage I was instantly greeted in a friendly manner by several Gateway employees. My service advisor took care of all the necessary paper-work and offered a courtesy ride. As always, any repair that I have received at Gateway was done in a very professional manner, the car was ready when promised, and I was told "Thank You!". More

Door handle replaced, seat buckle redirected. Had the cracked door handle replaced on my 2016 Traverse. Looks great again. Average to above average dealership experience Gateway charged me $111.00 to find out what the code was that caused the check engine light to be on in my truck. Then charged me to install the fault Gateway charged me $111.00 to find out what the code was that caused the check engine light to be on in my truck. Then charged me to install the faulty part. I am fine with paying for a part that has failed. I am also fine with paying to find out the code of the check engine light, But I find it a bit greedy to charge for both. In the past the shops that I have dealt with have not charged for the diagnosis if you have them repair the vehicle. More
