Was not happy with the service for my end of lease on my car. It has taken over 2 months to figure stuff out and now I had to get an extension on my lease because of it. This was my second car from this dealership,I had great service for my first car but the last 4 years have not been good. I will not be buying from Subaru again. The service department is great. Booked for a 3pm appointment. Needed to get brakes replaced. They said they are not able to complete replacement as it was too late in the day as they close at 5pm. Service depart Needed to get brakes replaced. They said they are not able to complete replacement as it was too late in the day as they close at 5pm. Service department was informed of the replacement ahead of time. Ended up with just service A and paid extra for brake inspection. Would have scheduled for an earlier appointment if this was the case. No car wash. Staff was very nice and offered shuttle ride to and from the mall. More
