Our sales person was Michael Joseph. He was a pleasure to work with, as he was obviously trying to help us buy a car as opposed to selling us a car. He took us on a very good test drive and demonstrated that he was extremely knowledgeable about the Sportage and all of its features and how they worked. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We were not looking forward to spending a whole day at the dealership, and it turned out we were they for only 2 and 1/2 hours.
