This is my fifth vehicle but first time purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. The experience was even more focused due to it being a special vehicle. Peter, Tom, Mike and Dan were all involved to m vehicle from this dealership. The experience was even more focused due to it being a special vehicle. I just purchased a 2025 Lexus rx350 from Metro Lexus. It is my 4th Lexus rx purchased from them! That means a lot! I specifically wanted to work with Abed Darwish since I’ve worked with him in the past. It is my 4th Lexus rx purchased from them! That means a lot! I specifically wanted to work with Abed Darwish since I’ve worked with him in the past. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, accommodating and interested in what I wanted my 4th time around. Highly recommend him and this dealership even though it’s not the closest dealership to me. When I picked up my car, I was brought to a special showroom, entered, and was greeted by a number of happy staff members clapping for me with a huge red bow on top of my car! I was surprised and so excited! I had multiple follow-ups from Abed informing when my car would arrive. (It was being built for me). I appreciate all the attention given to me by everyone at this dealership! Thank you Metro Lexus! More
