I remember it being a painful experience in the past but the guys are Cityside were attentive and very helpful. Most of my interaction was with Mark Lidano. He was always there to answer my many questions during my wait for my new car which was being shipped to the dealer. I even changed my mind about the color at one point and Mark called me that evening to talk through my options. He even sent me pictures of the other color I was considering so I could make an informed decisions. All in all the experience was top notch. More
