Navigation and Info system service This is my second time visiting this dealership and both times I have not had a good experience. Took my 2019 RDX in because almost from the beginnin This is my second time visiting this dealership and both times I have not had a good experience. Took my 2019 RDX in because almost from the beginning of me obtaining this vehicle the navigation system and info system have not worked properly, always saying update needed to download but when try to do update says no update available, info system takes forever to upload every time I turn the car on and the navigation system does not save addresses entered. After having my vehicle at dealership for basically the entire day and having to spend money on gas for loaner provided, nothing was done, still having same issues, their response was that I needed to wait for update supposedly that is coming which I have been waiting on since I leased the vehicle so since I leased the vehicle I have been having the same issues with no resolution. Waste of time and money, can't wait for my lease to be up!! More

Repeat customer I recently leased my second TXL from this dealership, including from the same sales rep (Mike). I enjoyed my experience enough three years ago that t I recently leased my second TXL from this dealership, including from the same sales rep (Mike). I enjoyed my experience enough three years ago that this was the first dealer I went to. Though we didn’t seal a deal on my first visit after an hour of negotiating, I gave it a second shot a week later and was on the road in my new car in about 2 1/2 hours . So about 3 to 4 hours total (I wish that could be streamlined a bit). Other than that, I would/will return to Acura of Pembroke Pines in the future. More
