The sales staff is disorganized and has no management skills and won't follow through. In other words amateurs like one would find at a used car lot. They will take your money but then the customer servi skills and won't follow through. In other words amateurs like one would find at a used car lot. I sent an email in great detail to the GM Mr Schlossberg explaining all the problems I had with his firm, and no courtesy of a response --which means the problems begin with him. If you can go elsewhere to purchase an Acura-- do it. More
