Good overall. A few things puzzled me. 1) I hear there are low loaners available and was not able to get a pick up to the dealer to get the car. Or have transporta A few things puzzled me. 1) I hear there are low loaners available and was not able to get a pick up to the dealer to get the car. Or have transportation while my car was unavailable. These types of things normally don’t happen to me when I have a luxury car. I had to figure out my own arrangements to pick up the car. My dealer service contact was super nice and understanding but I think it was out of his control. And even though I have full coverage insurance- the deductible for the work didn’t warrant a rental either. The car is a business car and I mainly use it for that since I really don’t go anywhere. 2) the car runs even better now that after the work was done but the speed limiter still seems strange, could be a software issue but they didn’t find anything wrong although I still see inconsistent data from the Speedo. 3) when I got the car , they said they washed it but the tire and rim had a white material on it, and was missing a valve stem cover. I mentioned this and everyone was fast and positive to help clean and replace the missing valve cover. 4) the rim where the tire was changed now has a few scratches, but to be fair I think this could happen from the work involved in changing it. Kind of feels unfortunate, because all the other rims are spotless and new looking, my car is less than 6 months old and barely 5k highway miles. Now this rim has a few scratches, I was gonna call my rep and ask about it but changed my mind since i don’t think they would replace a rim because of scratches. 4) not issue with the dealer service but the car itself. I really wish it had a spare. I was waiting on the road for 3 hours after a sleepless night of work. If I just had the spare it would have been better. Anyways nothings perfect and accepted the outcomes due to my familiarity with the dealership. They are still much better than others. Maybe it’s just the times we are in. I still think Acura dealers and service centers are better than everyone else. More
