Had a few choices for Mazda dealerships in my area and chose 495 due to their responsiveness to my inquiries. After touching base with the internet manager, who looked into the availability of the vehicle I was interested in, I was asked to come in for a test drive and to meet with a sales manger. Upon arriving on a Saturday afternoon I met With Bob, great guy! He grabbed my information and off we we went for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He spent a couple hours going over the car and finance options as well. Overall it was good experience so far. Kristen was especially great to work with. She did a superior job explaining the functions of the car and spent as much time as we needed to understand the intricacies of the technical aspects. I was very disappointed in the negotiations with the sales manager.(Mike) When I spoke with him over the phone he was doubting the authenticity of my proposal from another dealer. When we were in final in final negotiations, he wouldn’t budge on lowering the price of the car $50 on a $30,000 vehicle. I spent almost 2 months looking at a particular Mazda model and went to several Mazda dealerships and non Mazda dealerships. The overwhelming impression I got was Mazda dealerships are not motivated to s model and went to several Mazda dealerships and non Mazda dealerships. I just purchased my first Mazda. It is a Mazda CX5. I am looking forward to my time with the car. Al was my salesman. He is a really great guy and salesman. I have a strong feeling this is my first, but not my last, Mazda. I found everybody to be welcoming and kind.
