I have bought two cars from this dealership.I recently had my 2018 Ford Fusion hybrid in for oil change service and was advised by R. Hatfield to consider the 80,000 miles service. I was in talks about trading in my car for a 2025 Ford Escape. That deal fell through. At a later date made appt to have the 80,000 miles service done. Adviser was M.Bateman. Service was completed including, brakes,gas,coolant changed. Two days later Tire Pressure sensor light came on the dash. Brought the car back in. Advisor. R.Hatfield attempted to reset the sensor.no luck. I was told $220.00 to fix the one sensor and should replace all four. I advised that the sensor was not on until it was worked on. I know that a sensor if handled rough will come on. I am disappointed no effort was made to assist in any way to a loyal customer who had $100 plus on oil change, Close to $800 for the 80,000 mile service. Then was $880.00 if I wanted to replace all four sensors. This is exactly how you lose a loyal customer. A check around the area and all four sensors can be replaced for less than half of that quote. I will keep this all in mind when I want to buy a new car again.
