Our vehicle did not receive servicing before our purchase, which my wife and I did not find out about until we arrived back home in Hollister, MO. This necessitated another trip to the dealership to purchase, which my wife and I did not find out about until we arrived back home in Hollister, MO. If the servicing had been done, we would not have been out the additional trip time and expenses to get it done a week after our purchase. Overall, we still consider the buying experience a good one though. Dallas, the Service Advisor, did an excellent job in correcting the situation for us. Kudos to Dallas! More

I was introduced to a vehicle, test drove it, taken to finance and signed ALL of the paperwork, then told they needed to run it through the shop one last time and it would be available the next day. Instead, there was something wrong, then the next day something wrong, then the next day unfit to sale, and they were unable to put me into any other vehicle in their enormous inventory. So, I went elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. Now with that being said I am grateful that they did in fact loan me a vehicle while they attempted to figure out their shadiness, but overall, would never recommend them to anyone. More
