There was a mouse on the floor when I arrived and he scurried into an office. I don’t like using the cellphone/text messages as the main form of communication; not very customer friendly. Speaking directly with the service advisor is much better. 3% credit card fee should be paid by the dealership, not the customer. More

I had a 2022 Ford bronco sport that I bought from a Ford dealership brand new. I have only ever serviced my car at Ford, and since moving to Milwaukee have only serviced it at Lake Ford, which has been for dealership brand new. I have only ever serviced my car at Ford, and since moving to Milwaukee have only serviced it at Lake Ford, which has been for two years. Micah helped me every time I was at Lake Ford and it was fine. Then my car started acting up so I brought it into the shop. Might get them told me I needed a brand new engine, but cannot elaborate on why. He constantly gave me sass and huffed and puffed over the phone. Every time he had to speak to me. He never gave me any answers or tried to help Me in anyway besides saying that I needed to spend $10,000. Jessica his manager was much better help and very polite and respectful to talk to. I will never buy another Ford and I will absolutely never tell anybody to go to Lake Ford or work with Micah. More

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honest, Friendly, and Surprisingly Fancy Restrooms! I brought my new-to-me 2008 Mustang Shelby GT500 to Lake Ford to get key remotes programmed (only had one remote and two keys) and to hav Restrooms! I brought my new-to-me 2008 Mustang Shelby GT500 to Lake Ford to get key remotes programmed (only had one remote and two keys) and to have the car inspected since I bought it from a private seller. Now, as a woman walking into a dealership service department with a performance car, I fully expected to be told my blinker fluid was low or that I needed a new flux capacitor. But nope! They were 100% honest, did a full inspection, and found absolutely nothing wrong with it. Imagine that — trustworthy service at a dealership! It’s almost suspicious how not-suspicious they were. Beyond the honesty, the service and waiting areas were incredibly clean and welcoming. And let me just say — shoutout to the person who designed the restroom. I was genuinely impressed. I mean, who professionally finishes the space underthe sink, where no one looks? Lake Ford does, apparently. That attention to detail says a lot. So, if you want a team you can trust, technicians who won’t try to sell you invisible repairs, and a restroom that feels more like a spa, head over to Lake Ford on 27th Street in Milwaukee. They’ve definitely earned my return business (and my unofficial plumbing inspection services). — Cindy More

Prices suck. 250 for an oil change is ridiculous. And they had to keep my car for an extra day to apply a Ford recall upgrade 250 for an oil change is ridiculous. And they had to keep my car for an extra day to apply a Ford recall upgrade More

I am always pleased with the staff kindness, efficiency and on time with appointments. Cost is also comparable to other service providers and on time with appointments. Cost is also comparable to other service providers More

Your service department has gone from good to poor. Your time estimate is so far out of wack it is laughable. I decided to try it one last time and again was very dissatisfied with the service. A suppo Your time estimate is so far out of wack it is laughable. I decided to try it one last time and again was very dissatisfied with the service. A supposed one hour appointment turned into two and a half for a very simple and questionable fix. I also think that the service writer totally forgot that I was waiting for the truck. He said it was just finished when I checked on it. He didn’t know where the truck was parked in the lot and was very warm inside leading me to believe that the truck was sitting in the lot done and I was left waiting for it. I should have known better than to bring it in for service. I am also waiting on a part for my airbag that has been “back ordered” for over 6 months. Very disappointing customer no service! More

Bought a very expensive truck at the end of May. Within a month my rear cameras went out. I think given the short time between purchase and breakdown, this should've been repaired free of charge. Within a month my rear cameras went out. I think given the short time between purchase and breakdown, this should've been repaired free of charge. I work in the service industry and I'm 100% certain my company would've taken care of the issue. Instead I had to use my (so far worthless) extended warranty which has a $250 deductible. Lake charged 250 just to "diagnose" the issue, which was very simple. So, I'm already putting money into this thing. The harness it needed is a cheap part. This is my second vehicle from Lakes and possibly my last. We'll see . More
