He has the most pleasant personality, knowledge, patience, experience in SALES AND LEASING CONSULTANTS department. Ronald was an excellent sales person who's is customer service is second to none, I stopped by on Saturday afternoon where I mean overwhelming experience from the time I stepped in the building - show room it was literally overwhelming! Thumbs 👍up best car dealership service I have ever experienced! I would give him some extra just because of his professional ,kindness personality!!!! Ronald is a fantastic guy over there awesome ! He never lefted my side He walked with me every step of the way, l couldn't be happier with my new purchase NX 300 Sports, I truly feel like the queen I I'm In this Luxury suv . The service was outstanding as always. I was seen promptly for my appointment by Mr. Alston. He explained the scheduled service, completed the agreement for a loaner and informed me my Lexus would be promptly for my appointment by Mr. Alston. Jim Hudson Lexus IS the best for service compared to other dealerships. I actually have another brand automobile and when I take that one for service, there is a long wait time to check in and even long other dealerships.
