He is a stand up guy who understands that most people can see through the gimmicks of car sales and takes a professional and reasonable approach. He is the reason we wanted to stay with this KIA for our next lease. We could have gone back to the Illinois KIA or any other, but he made us feel like the no pressure approach was where we wanted to bring our business. We knew we needed to trade in but we didn’t need to go here, we wanted to. He is a great communicator, meets you where you’re at and doesn’t butter you up then change when he doesn’t like what you have to say or try To negotiate. Even keeled and chill!
