I have been in the market for a new vehicle for quite some time, but due to circumstances with my trade in vehicle, no matter where I went… the deal made no sense. Her demeaner was calm, and soft spoken and that showed that she valued us as customers. Once we selected the vehicle, she was quick to get us a test drive and move forward in the selling process. Due to us wanting the best payment options and a certain monthly payment, she made numerous trips back and forth to see her manager. When the price was finally settled, she was able to get John Fulgoni from finance almost immediately to complete the sale. Working with these two was a joy. Both were very personable and not pushy when it came to add-ons. I would highly recommend this dealership and these two extraordinary people who made the sales process a great one for us. Working with Frank and Melissa was a breeze.
