But after last experience, I will never go back.I called to ask about the warranty on the battery, she told me it would be half off, because it was j But after last experience, I will never go back.I called to ask about the warranty on the battery, she told me it would be half off, because it was just outside the warranty.I live over an hour away.Came out and told me almost 400 for the battery.I told her again what she said over the phone and she said she didn't remember our conversation and she wouldn't have said that.She is the only female service writer there and I wrote everything down as I had talked to her.I will be taking my car elsewhere from now on.I will no longer refer people to Jimmy either because of this. More

They sold me a car with many issues. They called it a wholesale deal but never took one dollar off. The price charged me a document fee. I don’t know how that could be a wholesale deal. Just because they sold it to us that’s a dealership makes it a wholesale deal. There was so many issues with this car that the customer did not want to purchase it anymore that we were buying for we were not buying it for ourselves. The dealership knew this cause they talked to the customer themselves. The sales guy did not wanna call me back did not want to handle it. Finally after day four of writing some bad messages to him he finally called me and that’s what he said. It was a wholesale deal. Worst experience I will actually be leaving a review today More

Waited over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, gas cap installation and check engine light info. No one discussed any condition of my car with 0 feedback on anything including brakes, shocks or why my cap installation and check engine light info. No one discussed any condition of my car with 0 feedback on anything including brakes, shocks or why my paint is comming off my back bumper. Waiting room was neglected not from construction but neglect. Even the magazines were 5 or more years old. The car wash took nearly 1/2 hour. Will not be back. Sorry, I’m not usually this way. It all had a “fly by night feel”. More
