I had to visit thrice to fix my issue with Trunk latch. Initially the problem wasn’t diagnosed and during second visit I heard a silly reason saying that the issue won’t be covered under warranty because o Initially the problem wasn’t diagnosed and during second visit I heard a silly reason saying that the issue won’t be covered under warranty because of a minor crash occurred an year ago. I had to visit body shop that did the fender bender previously and they clearly told me the issue is not yet all related to the crash. During my third visit I had to fight for my bumper to bumper warranty. At last it’s been fixed by Mitsubishi under warranty and I appreciate the efforts. It should have been done on my first visit and I wouldn’t waste my time, money and energy. More
