Couldn't be more pleased Neil was great from the beginning to end. I was only trying to decide if I wanted a new car, I wasn't sure until he explained about the Forte and all Neil was great from the beginning to end. Amazing! I honestly never though that I would drive a Kia, but I was out looking for my very own vehicle when I saw a Kia that I really liked so I decided to p I honestly never though that I would drive a Kia, but I was out looking for my very own vehicle when I saw a Kia that I really liked so I decided to put in an application on the Kia Website. Within minutes I received a call and from then on I was in wonderful hands. I'm only 19 so I was very scared going into this whole process, but it was way better than I ever expected it to be. The first person who we talked to was Michelle. She was so wonderful and nice on the phone. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Neil. He was very nice and wonderful as well. I've gotten so many compliments on my car already and I'm so glad that I decided to go with the Kia Forte. Thank you guys so much!!! More
