I did not like the SmartPath credit process. The App is designed primarily for Leasing a vehicle, not purchasing. I spend 5 hours on 7/24/2025 trying to fill out the application online, only t The App is designed primarily for Leasing a vehicle, not purchasing. I spend 5 hours on 7/24/2025 trying to fill out the application online, only to be kicked off (incompleted) because I would/could not fill out leasing questions. When I called the Salesman, Jeff Bennett on 7/25/25, he told me not to worry about it. We would take care of it on 7/26/2025. Then I found out he didn't use the SmartPath application but a Sierra Toyota local application.. When I finally completed the application and gave him the application number, the credit manager didn't use it but had Jeff use the local application, It's a good thing I brought all of my gross pay numbers with me (those wages were in the Toyota SmartPath application but they didn't transfer the numbers. Basically the local version had the same fields but since they didn't use that SmartPath application, I had to have the numbers available. More

Sierra Toyota is always clean and professional looking. You can't get through the door without someone greeting you and offering assistance. The sales people are professional, friendly, patient, and best of all NOT PUSHY! If you have a question, they will either answer it immediately or find the answer if they don't know it! I traded my 2022 Tacoma for a 2025 Tundra TRD Crew-Max. Mayra (sales) and Julie (finance) worked to get me the best deal possible. They even applied my military and disability discounts on top of the rest of my discounts. I wanted running boards because the truck has a factory lift, Mayra, Jared, and Julie made it happen. Tags,tax, and title was taken care of on the spot. The only thing I had to do myself was cancel the registration for the vehicle that I traded in at the Motor Vehicle Department. This is the third vehicle I have purchased at Sierra Toyota since 2009, and the service just keeps getting better. Edit: If you are military or prior military and can prove it, Sierra Toyota gives a discount for that. If you are 100% disabled (VA), they will make sure you get the tax break on tags that Arizona offers. More
