What a horrible experience. You should be ashamed at yourself if this is what your customer service is. I traded in my Cadillac and this is my first “Mazda” service experience. You should be ashamed at yourself if this is what your customer service is. I traded in my Cadillac and this is my first “Mazda” service experience. Just embarrassing for you. I had a 9:45 oil change appointment and I mentioned how my Smart Break Light was on. An hour and half for an oil change? My car never even made it into the service bay until well after my scheduled appointment. What the xxxx does an appointment mean if you do not adhere to it? I repeatedly asked when my car would be finished. Never given a firm answer. I asked for a loaner car. Ha! Practically laughed at. I had two customers that I had to visit before I was to go to the airport for a 3pm flight Finally, after I inquired for the 10th time, I was told my can may need fluid, a sensor, or front brakes. By this time I had missed by 12pm meeting in Port Washington and my 1pm was serviously in doubt. How xxxxing selfish to not be given an honest time estimate nor offered a loaner car when I make it clear upon my 9:40am check in At approximately 12:15pm after 2 amd one-half hours for a simply oil change, I demanded (hopefully very loud so others could hear) my car be returned to me. Perhaps Russ Darrow Mazda only knows how to do 1 1/2 hour oil changes and not general auto maintenance. Either way, my car was ruined and for what? Just shoddy service r that my company or I hope many others would never deliver. Shame on you More
