Solid dealership. For our last service appointment it was hard to make the appointment when I initially called because I was placed on hold and had to go. This resulted in me waiting a few weeks before calling back to get an appointment (that’s my fault). Once I dropped our car off I needed to talk further with service to adjust expectations. It was hard to get immediately in touch with service personnel who were “in charge of “ my specific car. Multiple calls, and hold times were required. The people were polite and genuinely apologetic for the delay. The service was completed swiftly and all concerns were addressed. I was provided an excellent loaner car, however make sure to double check the gas readout prior to leaving the location. The paperwork was incorrect by about 1/2 tank. They quickly adjusted the paperwork and apologized though when I took a photo and showed it to them BEFORE I left the location with the car. Make sure you have your insurance info ready if you plan on using a loaner car. More

I had the pleasure of working with Maxwell who took the time to really listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain what would be done to evaluate the issues. I am impressed with his level of pr time to really listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain what would be done to evaluate the issues. Very comfortable waiting area and the treats and coffee are always replenished. My criticism is that sometimes it just seems like the service department misses on little things. This time when I got in m are always replenished. My criticism is that sometimes it just seems like the service department misses on little things. This time when I got in my car, the passenger seat was laid flat. Not sure why it was flat to begin with but it should have been placed in the upright position after whatever service was required on the passenger side of the interior. More
