Mr Mosquera was made aware of a problem that I was having getting my registration for my new Honda CRV from the DMV. He immediately took charge of the situation and kept me informed on a daily basis by tel getting my registration for my new Honda CRV from the DMV. Justin helped me out to get into my 3rd lease with Millennium Honda. I needed something a little bigger this time around as my family has grown and we were able to work out a deal for the 2020 CRV. Justin knew about the vehicle and showed us all the features and gadgets. We worked easily with Mauricio and they both made the deal simple without a lot of back and forth. Rafael then made the paperwork quick and smooth allowing us to get out of there quickly. Justin and Millennium Honda are the way to go if you're in the market for a New or Pre-Owned Honda. More

I went to this dealer last week. My purpose was to buy a new car. The “specialist” guy who attended me was texting and attending calls from her girlfriend. I didn’t tell anything because I was looking for c new car. The “specialist” guy who attended me was texting and attending calls from her girlfriend. I didn’t tell anything because I was looking for cars then I chose the car that I liked. He made me a “great” offer discount for $52 and of course I didn’t take it and he went to talk to the sales management. They got back together and the sales guy was ok but I took my time. I was talking about over 20k, it’s no 10 dollars of course I wanted to take my time to think about the offers. When I talked to him for a second time after 10 minutes, he was so rude, talked to me loud and treated me as a regular person, not as a customer who wanted to buy a car. They pressured me and they offered me a good price for that car. I made an appointment after one day to take the car. I waited for them because in my schedule they have another guy but I still said it’s ok I just wanted that car for that price. The sales guy was rude again and he didn’t want to make the same offer because I didn’t take the last time, I could understand that but he saw me and he didn’t say oh I’m sorry I can’t. Not! He said I can’t and if you don’t have money to pay for it it’s better you keep looking for and buy one you can pay and don’t waste me my time. I just standed up and said ok. Of course I had the money to pay for it, I didn’t go to spend over 20k because they wanted it. I felt they treated me like that because they thought I didn’t have enough money because I didn’t wear expensive clothes? I really didn’t understand but after that I went to Honda City and they treated me so different, they were so professionally and friendly, they couldn’t offer me the same price than your guys but made business with them was so good from I arrived the dealer that I felt so happy for spent my money with that kind of workers. Maybe they could teach your workers how to treat customers. More

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Absolute horrible customer service left my car there for 5 days to come back to have NOTHING done. They lost my car in the lot having me wait 2 hours Absolute horrible customer service left my car there for 5 days to come back to have NOTHING done. They lost my car in the lot having me wait 2 hours to get the car down so a HORRIBLE mechanic can come down and curse at me and tell me he is not touching my car because i called him out on not test driving it (i took a picture of how many miles i had when i left it & it was still the same when i came back). After that i was sent back inside to the advisor Phil who was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. I was jerked around for about 3 hours talking to 3 different people the advisor Phil the assistant manager Greg and the manager Marcello. They finally get the work done on my car in 1 hour and 30 minutes after the 5 days i left it there for only to find out they have scratched the back bumper of my car. They left bird xxxx on my car and that took another hour to have someone come and wipe it off. I will be returning to have my bumper fixed for FREE and will NEVER be returning. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL ONLY LEAVE ANNOYED AND AGGRAVATED AT THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Totally professional and friendly I met with randy in my initial look at a new Honda. I had seen the new Passport at the NY Auto Show but was originally interested in a CR-V. Randy showed me both vehicles and took a good amount of time to explain the differences. He also took me out to the lot to see and sit in the Elite trim level for the Passport. Randy is Totally professional, and extremely friendly . He introduced me to his manager Mr. Mosquera to discuss financing . Both demonstrated their passion for Honda vehicles and the dealership. More

OUTSTANDING FROM START TO FINISH! I had been leasing cars for the past 15 years and decided to purchase this car. From the moment that I entered the showroom I was warmly greated and I had been leasing cars for the past 15 years and decided to purchase this car. From the moment that I entered the showroom I was warmly greated and attended to but not in an overwhelming way. I cane in to look at the Accord Hybrid Touring 2.0T and after a short while decided that the offer that I was given after a couple of back and forth discussions was to good to pass up and was very fair. The salseman that I was working with, Adeleque, couldn't have been more helpful and courtious. He truely made this experience a pleasure as well as the Manager. They both went above and beyond to accomodate my requests during the negotion process which is very much appreciated. .Thank you also to the onsite Insurance, DMV and Finance people who completed the experience. Poor everything Sales to service. Poor is over rated! Had a problem with my Civic, was in the service center for 4 1/2 hours. Left and nothing was fixed. Was simple. Sales to service. Still have the noise (rattling from loose screws) and my radio isn’t workin properly. I was going to buy out my lease. Gave them a check but decided against it. Quick to take my $500. Took them 10 days to refund me. Terrible place. Counting down the days before my lease is up! More

This dealership is full of lies I would not do any business with this dealership. They told me they would match a competing offer on a Honda CRV and per their policy, knock off up t I would not do any business with this dealership. They told me they would match a competing offer on a Honda CRV and per their policy, knock off up to $400 on the price. They told me I needed proof of the offer, which I did via email correspondence. They told me to come in since they "stand by their policy." After wasting about an hour there, this man, Mauricio, told me he could not honor that policy and would not even match. He gave a BS reason that the email correspondence (which I emailed proof of prior to coming in) was not valid. Then why waste my time and have me come in? This man is a liar and a fraud. Anything that comes out of his mouth is untruthful. Obviously, there is some gamesmanship when negotiating a car, but this person flat out lied to me and my wife. He did not have any regard for our time and did not stand by his policy of matching. It's one thing to not be able to negotiate a deal, but it's another thing to make us think you were going to honor the policy and have us come in, only to waste our time and lie. There are plenty of Honda dealerships in Queens and on Long Island. I would go to one where the manager is not blatantly dishonest. More
