I had a major annual service before which my ML was working perfectly. A few days later my ML stopped responding to the accelerator. They discovered that the technician had neglected to install a neces working perfectly. A few days later my ML stopped responding to the accelerator. They discovered that the technician had neglected to install a necessary gasket. A few days later the same symptoms reoccurred. This time they said I needed a new part for $1400. I am not a believer in this kind of coincidence. Then they neglected to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. I had to call them several days later to find out. More

I've found this service dept to be the best in the Portland area for Mercedes Benz. They are easy to work with and accurate with their information, and most importantly, I can trust what they tell m Portland area for Mercedes Benz. The Service staff was courteous and polite. Maintenance and service went well, and the car was returned nicely cleaned up inside and out.
